Works Order

Purpose:

Works Order is designed to streamline small to medium business accountancy and customer administration by providing a purpose-built and fully customisable database, invoicing and analysis system.

Features:

Works Order provides the following features:

  • Customer records (names, addresses, other contact details etc.)
  • Customer accounts (see who owes what)
  • Item list (to store your companies products and saleable iteams)
  • Works order area (note down customer requirements, order date, purchase order number and more)
  • Progress monitoring (plan what needs doing and tick them off the list when complete)
  • Delivery (print delivery notes, split orders and more)
  • Invoicing (print invoices for delivered goods, record payments)

This list only covers the basic functionality of Works Order. The system is entirely customisable to suit your particular requirements, contact me to discuss your needs.

Installation/Requirements:

Works Order is a web-based system. It can be installed on any web server (requires PHP 4+ and MySQL) or it can be installed on a local network or even a single computer - it really depends on how your company will use the system and what infrastructure you currently have in place.

Pricing:

Pricing starts at £180/year. Given the flexibility of the system, exact pricing cannot be given until after a full consultation has been had.
